I've been working on simfiles for a while now and have been using assist tick and mostly guess-and-check to figure out the BPM and offsets of all my songs, with usually decent success.
I've noticed though that users have been able to get perfect, accurate BPMs of licenses like Here it Goes Again for simfiles in a short amount of time. Is there a program for that? I think I heard someone mention FLStudio getting accurate BPM readouts, but is there a good way to perfectly sync songs with unsteady BPMs like live bands?

I was the one who asked about another program to measure BPMs, for some possible future simfiles. Live BPMs are a PITA to work with, which is why I asked before. Oni-91 suggested FLStudio. However, I'm looking for another program (besides FLStudio & MixMeister) to measure BPM as accurate as possible.

Well I do have a copy of FLStudio, I just don't know how to import .mp3 files into it...
