It's really weird to me that they're dropping a new mix with so little fanfare.
Those all appear to be new songs in the left screenshot, but the picture is too low-res to figure out most names. I see "Dive to the Sky", "Time has no melody", and "Mirage Age", though.

Actually, when looking closely, it says "PM is here!".

The only new characters are a new design for Mimi and Nyami. None of the songs I've heard so far have really blown me away. Then again, most of the cool songs in pop'n music are almost always hidden ones.

These are my favorite songs that this game has to offer so far
