The new NEW BEMANI title.

It will be playable at JAEPO 2016. It appears to be themed around dancing (the "舞い" makes me think this in particular) and has new KONAMI original songs.

There's only two new KOs so far but just based on those I'm interested to see/hear what kinda game this is supposed to be; Koezuka and dj TAKA don't usually appear in games toghther.

If dancing is the focus, my guess is the pink light on the sides are sensors. So my guess is it's kind of like a new age Dance ManiaX.

All speculation of course.

the blue and pink colors seem akin to FutureTomTom, could that have anything to do with this?

This weird little minigame is on the Otoiroha page; maybe it's supposed to be some kinda hint as to what the gameplay will be like?

EDIT: If you hit specific obstacles, the game will give you a Japanese character in quotes; I'll try to see if I can compile them all.

The characters just seem to be the first line of the Iroha poem in random order. Nothing to see here, folks.

Got to the end; this time, you get a string of numbers as opposed to a Japanese character.
33, 21, 41,　27, 7, 1, 2, 3

Eventually these people are going to run out of ideas.

What are we on, 11 active BEMANI games now? Or is this going to replace an existing one? (possibly DanEvo, if the above is true)

And is this just going to be another "aesthetic over quality" game like MÚSECA?

The numbers are pretty easy to solve if you know what to look for. Basically the hints are already given in the wiki link you provided.
The table in the wiki listed all the hiragana of the poem and the numbers (from left to right) representing each one of them:
