You can Top-up credits via Cash (No credits minimum. , 500 Bahts banknotes and 1,000 Bahts banknotes is not accepted when Top-up with change banknotes and/or coins) or Thai QR Payment (aka PromptPay, 50 Bahts are minimum). The card is compatible with other Hahama chain that uses card system with the same infrastructure.

The credits are not refundable. If you don't plan to use the another please Top-up credits as you need.
