Pump It Up Phoenix (International) Location: Near main entrance (visible from outside) Comment: Online, Modded long time ago, but the mods hold up.	The pad itself works great (it has been modded) and the cab is online. In terms of functionality, the condition of the cab is perfect. The big caveat: the sound volume of the machine is set at the lowest volume level possible by orders of higher management (almost on mute). If you ask if they can turn the volume up, they will say no. Honestly don't even try, is a waste of time. They have been rude in the past and acted in a condescending ways towards the PIU players. They have set the machine volume knob down and lie saying "it's already at max volume", or even ridiculous statements like "it does not have a volume option". The management has changed since then, but the low volume has remained unchanged and we don't see that this situation will get resolved any time soon. Because of these avoidable factors, we have decided to mark the condition of the cab not as "Perfect" (as it could be) but "moderate". Recommendation: play in the early afternoon You can more or less hear the cab and play when the place is empty and the venue music is low. After 5 or 6 pm though, it starts to get crowded and they push the venue music up. Then the game becomes a purely visual experience, because you won't hear a single decibel coming out of the cab.
