Ciné Starz St. Laurent opened on February 28, 2020, according to Lucus from Cinema Treasures. It is one of a few theatres in Ottawa to play movies during the Orange-Restrict zone measures imposed by Ontario.

History:
• 1968: Odeon St. Laurent opens. It is a twin theatre, featuring two screens.
• 1991: Cineplex Odeon St. Laurent opens, renovating the former Odeon. It was upgraded to feature 5 screens.
• 2001: This Cineplex location closed.
• 2005: Rainbow Cinemas St. Laurent opens as a discount theatre, replacing the former Cineplex.
• 2010: DDR Extreme is removed at Rainbow Cinemas, ending a history of DDR at St. Laurent.
• 2016: Imagine Cinemas St. Laurent opens, replacing Rainbow Cinemas. Imagine remains a discount theatre.
• 2020: Ciné Starz St. Laurent opens. Tickets are $5 on sale, or $6 at regular price.

Since July 2011, this location has unfortunately removed its DDR Extreme cabinet, possibly a former Fun Junction cabinet.
