Just here pads still loose and getting stuck. 9points per swipe
Just came from here the right side is non-responsive while the left side is good. The down arrow is just a little over sensitive. Most scores have at least a AA on it.
Thank you for letting me know.
No you don't. You can just walk in. Next to the water park.
@Axel: So you actually have to stay there to utilize the arcade?
I'm not sure about the condition of the DDR though. Last time i was there the volume was high but the Guitar Hero NEXT to the cabinet over took it every time. Pads were perfect though. Same with the monitor.
I could've told you that. My parents take my nephew there all the time for the water park.
Nope. Just head to the back in the water park and there is a Pizza hut you can eat at. Next to there is a Arcade. It runs off of cards. You have to put at least $5. I was going to do that but i forgot the address and everything about it.
@Axel: Can you actually get into Cocoa Keys without needing to stay there? And would you mind putting it up as a Machine Location if so? If you'd rather not, I can do it once I've had a chance to play on the machine.
Its a legit DDR EXTREME with just a bad marquee. i told them about it. They told me they printed out the banner.
DDR Megamix, huh? Sounds like that one bootleg the arcade that used to be at Pointe Orlando had.
They sold the ITG2. Bemani Dog. Go to a Hotel called COCOA KEYS. (Right a cross the street from Magical Midway) They have a PERFECT CONDITION DDR EXTREME. It has the DDR MEGAMIX logo on the top. It was perfect condition last time i went. i dont know about it now.
Why did they get rid of the ITG2 machine instead of this POS DDR Supernova machine?
Last time I was there they said it was for sale, so I'm guessing that they finally sold it.
I went today to Magical Midway, and the ITG2 is gone. Updated accordingly. SN is still having minor pad issues.
Nevermind. I didn't realize the machine was r1. Damn. Completely overlooked that.
Hi everyone, I just found out about this site. I just wanted to say that I and my friend Oni were actually the ones who changed the ITG cabinet to 4 songs and unlimited time. The people there are actually very nice and are open to us upgrading the machine to r21. The problem is we just can't find the right patch to do it. The machine needs to be upgraded to at least r8 first, well that's our speculation, but we can't find the patch. We have the r21 patch, but when we got into the machine the update option never appeared. Can anyone help so we can get custom songs?
Holy crap, those ITG2 pads were glorious to play on, never realized the cab was there. Those exact issues on the SN still exist. :\
Important changes to note as of 12/13/11 include the timer being set to unlimited once more on the ITG2 as well as the number of songs for a round increasing to 4 instead of 3.
Did a bit of updating because I went there and tested stuff out today. I also let the staff know what needs fixing on the SuperNova. I also tweaked the description for the location itself based on new info.
Okay, there's noooo excuse why they can't upgrade the ITG2. They've more than made back the money on their investment, and the pads have proven to be nigh invincible. For goodness' sakes, at least get us out of R1...or, well, does RoXor even still give out the update patches?
Last two times I went to this location, within the last month, the Supernova machine was horrible. The pads would barely register my steps at all and I failed every expert song I tried, which at my own arcade I would usually SDG or at least AA the songs there.
