This is the third Xscape to open in Ottawa. Cards can be purchased at the following price:
• $10 for 40 credits ($11.30 after tax, or 28.25¢/credit)
• $20 for 120 credits ($22.60 after tax, or 18.84¢/credit)
• $30 for 200 credits ($33.90 after tax, or 16.95¢/credit)
• $50 for 340 credits ($56.50 after tax, or 16.62¢/credit)
• $99 for 800 credits ($111.87 after tax, or 13.99¢/credit)

Please note that new cards require a $1 activation fee, or $1.13 after tax. The fee includes 4 credits. Also, the $99 package includes four cards with 200 credits each.

Many games are available, most which are redemption games. On the games page, pricing includes tax and is based on a $11.30 play card. For example, games at $1.13 are 4 credits, games at $2.26 are 8 credits, and so on.

All things considered, this arcade is in better condition than its predecessor, but prices also increased tremendously.

In the past, this was among the most poorly maintained arcades in Ottawa. Games often got rotated, with most of them lacking proper maintenance. For example, Dance Dance Revolution SuperNOVA needed some simple fixes, but Scotiabank Theatre Ottawa never bothered to do so. This is also true for Guitar Hero Arcade.
