This is the third Xscape to open in Ottawa. Cards can be purchased at the following price:• $2 for 8 credits and a new card (minimum $15 load)
• $15 for 60 credits
• $30 for 200 credits
• $50 for 350 credits
• $75 for 560 credits
• $99 for 800 credits (4 cards with 200 credits each)
No music games are currently available at this arcade.
Many games are available, most which are redemption games. On the games page, pricing includes tax and is based on a $11.30 play card. For example, games at $1.13 are 4 credits, games at $2.26 are 8 credits, and so on.
All things considered, this arcade is in better condition than its predecessor, but prices also increased tremendously.
In the past, this was among the most poorly maintained arcades in Ottawa. Games often got rotated, with most of them lacking proper maintenance. For example, Dance Dance Revolution SuperNOVA needed some simple fixes, but Scotiabank Theatre Ottawa never bothered to do so. This is also true for Guitar Hero Arcade.
