Back after almost two years, BEST-mix returns one last time to pit the best DDR- and ITG-style chart creators against each other in a battle of step arts! Have an unreleased simfile you're quite proud of? Been participating in the Z-I-v contests and want to meet even more fantastic simfilers? You should check out BEST-mix!
Up to two files may be entered in each division by each entrant, for a total of up to three files overall. Only two 4-panel charts are required per file, but more is always appreciated. Registration and song reservation/submission is up now and ends August 5th, with a public vote to follow. LOL, second time I actually pay attention to a simfile tournament that has the word "Final" in it. XD;;
But yes, thank you! I'm certainly considering giving this a shot. I haven't messed with simfile making in quite a while, but I've researched quite a few charts to learn well from my last competition in Tournamix Final~

This competition is always awesome, and so many of the communites best show up. Even if you don't personally enter, every bit of traffic helps.

The deadline for entering in the contest has been pushed back 2 weeks to August 19th.
If you were thinking about entering but haven't yet, there's still time!
Friendly reminder: There is just over 1 week left before the deadline.

If you had previously entered any BEST-mix tournament, the pack looking for 2 of your best existing charts not from BEST-mix.
You don't have to make any new charts, so even if you weren't a part of this tournament, swing by and add your previous files to the community pack!

Additionally, the wildcard round has started and is open through Wednesday. Two more DDR and two more ITG files will be advancing to the semi-finals, so go vote now for your two favorites that deserve to move on. The Semi-Final round will start on Wednesday, immediately following the Wildcard round.
As always, full details are on the site!
