Even though I don't have a PS3 or JP PS2, I'm almost tempted to get this anyway, mainly because of the GOLD, DJ TROOPERS, and EMPRESS CS Exclusives CD.

Basically, it's an audio CD containing a story about Roots26 (this is a clothing store where all the IIDX characters get their clothes from) and features many of the IIDX characters. You see lots of things like this with Animes and the like.

Some people have no taste...
I'm really excited for this. The LED album was amazing and this should be just as good, Ryu is up there with my absolute favourite artists. Probably going to pre-order the complete set in the next few days.

Ryu is too formulaic and predictable. I was bored listening to his set in beatnation summit. His older stuff was pretty good, but recently...

I agree that his older stuff was the best. He stayed Happy Hardcoreish for a while, then started to experiment a la HHH and stuff like Harmony and Lovely and Be quiet. Then he tried to get back into Happy Hardcore and it didn't really work.
However, I am loving the sample of bloomin' feeling that I heard and I am optimistic about his future work.

Eh, I did not like Beyond the Dead Future. It was bland drum 'n' bass, not really the SLAKE I was expecting. I like his unique flavour of techno and trance, really never been a fan of his drum 'n' bass stuff and that album felt like an even weaker version of his previous drum 'n' bass. Just my word of warning to anyone thinking of buying it without a second thought.
