I think it would be better if user is allow to collapse/expand the blocks on the main page...

Yeah, I was thinking about that though it'd require cookies and everything if you want the expand/collapse settings to stick.

it looks very organized, just one thing, can you put in bold the headers texts?

I like the color scheme, will it also be available in black (white text to black background), and I can't help but think that everything is a little bit cluttered.
Off-topic: Would it be possible for members to upload avatars larger than 100X100 and/or more than 30 kb. One of these
