For those going, I'd like the following checked for X please 
.
-Songs and their respective difficulties. In the "X" folder especially, but eventually copying difficulties for the other songs would be appreciated.
-Noting any new videos added to both old and new songs.
-Reporting any lag issues with the new screen.
-All characters that are available
-Checking the Final/Extra/EES stages (The Japanese location test went Saber Wing->On the Break->(nothing))
-Videos of all the new expert charts would be greatly appreciated by everyone.
-Seeing if the button in the middle of the new cabinet is usable, and if so, what it does.
-Checking to see if COURSE MODE if accessible, and if it is, checking courses.
-Checking any new mods. Videos showing how Screen filter works.
-Seeing if e-amuse/USB is available.
-Checking all the features of the new cabs. Especially about things we won't be able to tell in the video: Speakers, pads, etc.

Wow, so soon, it's crept up on me. Exciting~ Can't wait to finally perhaps hear some of the songs!
I remember last year listening to a cut from a video so I could listen to a horrible quality My Favorite Things, I love that song so much. I wonder if there'll be a song I'll do that to this time?

I'm looking forward to On the Break, from the little tidbit we can see and hear on that location test video, it looks nice (both audio and stepchart wise).

Can you also check for Injection of Love? If it's there, can you mention which version they're using?

Seems like I won't have any time to be going to the location test, maybe on Saturday but I doubt I'll get any good footage of the machines because the place'll be packed.

If you can't do it yourself, then you should print out a list of things to look for and spread the word while you're in line.

Just get a video scrolling through all the different folders (Remember, all the old crap isn't in Extreme anymore. There's 1st-7th too). That way, we can all just look through it later.

I will get the X folder for sure, and will try for a quick run through of the others, depends on how many turns I get and how much time I get to choose a song.

haha woah.
anybody who is going tomarrow/ whenever definately needs to write all that down, then make a check list and check off each one as they complete each thing piepiepie listed above
oh yeah, and definately do not forget about Ubeat!!

People going to the location test might be pleased to know that the person who posts as "うー" on the DDR FROM STAFF blog will be at the X location test, and he specifically says he'll begin installing the new machine "Tomorrow morning", so I'm guessing the test will start when the place opens or soon after that.

From what I've noticed:
2nd mix group should also contain LINK VERSION the few remaining CLUB version songs
3rd mix group should also contain 2nd mix CS and 3rd mix PLUS songs
4th mix group should also contain SOLO and (if applicable) 4th mix PLUS songs

Haha, I doubt it. They hardly have anything to hide anymore, since most of the location test songs will be on X US. But if it does happen, I'll be royally pissed.
But in another way, I'll be a bit happy because that's more surprises on X CS!
Also: I get out of school at noon, usually home by 12:30. I hope there's a songlist by the time I get home
