M8.8の大地震が起こりました。
東北地方の岩手県には「DOLCE」さんが住んでいます。
彼を失ったらIIDX界にとって大きな損失になるでしょう。
まだ安否を確認できていません。
きっと生きてると思いますが

I've seen what occured to Japan a few hours ago, and check "in direct" how's evolved the situation.
If Google Translator did at minimum his job, sad to hear this news ... I wish the best for his family , and also for everyone in Japan that lives dramatic moments ...

I can't read japanase but with the "M8.8" i know what it's about (i checked in google translator too).
I know this since 30min only via the chat room and then saw it on news.
I also saw that it made a tsunami...
Well, that's bad. I don't really know what to say (because it never happend in france) except that i wish the best for everyone...

I'm guessing from the context of this thread that Dolce got killed... If this is the case id wish for best spiritual blessings to him.

The main area affected by the earthquake is where DOLCE lives. Granted, the odds of survival are very high, but you can't guarantee these things. Best wishes to everyone in Japan at the moment.

Aegis: I was on my phone just earlier so I couldn't read what it said; I felt my post was appropriate given the context.

Live JP news of the earthquake if people want the latest: http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv43019860
Things are looking grim, they just discovered about 200-300 bodies in the water in the Sendai area.

Darn! Nature has been crazy lately
I pray to God that everyone is safe, or at least as safe as they can be in those hellish conditions.

My friend said Tokyo, and many other areas is okay, at least for now. The most affected area is Northern side of Japan.
I hope there won't be any follow up Earth Quake and/or Tsunami after this. My prayer goes to all of you people in Japan.
