Alright, so my friend gave me his busted 360 because he got another and I want to get it up and running again. The warranty is voided on it already, so sending it in probably won't be an option unless there is a way to get M$ to accept it. It is a one-ringed E74 error, but it only occurs when the AV cables are in. (Tried with 2 different AV cables, and a HDMI cable), so I highly doubt it is a problem with any of the cables. Is there any hope for fixing this thing without having to replace much of the internals? I don't know if that heat gun on the Ana chip would fix this, or if that X-clamp thing would either...
