Okay, new game idea instead. Get this: it's a game all about a surgeon who uses boys or girls to forcefully participate in an illegal, underground game show.

10 teams of plastic surgeons are each assigned an abducted child, and must perform a sex change on them. After two months in the game pass, the gender-bended children are mixed in amongst a group of normal children and lined up naked on display in front of a team of 3 judges. Each judge must then pick 3 children they suspect have undergone surgery.

Of course, you'll have to do as much as possible to fool the judges, which includes makeup and the like. Since you only receive the one child from the game show, you must abduct other children yourself and use body parts from them to "complete" your transformation.

The game will be split up into three parts: resource-gathering, surgery, and brainwashing. Resource-gathering is pretty much gathering as many children body parts as possible, using a variety of methods such as renting an ice cream truck or a policeman's uniform to trick the unsuspecting young.

The surgery part plays out like a Trauma Center game, with a collection of mini-games associated with each tool to complete the operation.

Afterwards, you'll have to spend some time brainwashing or convincing the child to now act like the opposite sex. This plays out like a Phoenix Wright game where you can poke holes in reason and find mental weaknesses of your child to convince them completely.

Of course, the other teams will do anything to make sure they win. They may even come after your child before the judging process with killing intent. Anything goes in this game.
