I am having real problems getting over LVL 8 songs, this far it's been easy, but some 8 and all 9 charts have so much notes its inhuman to play using 4 fingers like i do (i lift and move hands a lot, it's fun but slow).
How are these supposed to be played? The charts also look like they have, how do i say, a lot of "Doublestep", one hand has to press 4 16th notes in a short time.

Anybody experienced at IIDX will suggest that you use your thumbs, as it's practically required. You my want to look up hand view videos on YouTube, maybe of some of the 12's, to see how the good people play. Just don't look up Shakunetsu beach-side bunny; that's played totally differently.

maybe i should try again with Playstation Eye, it should do 60fps but file will be hueg.

I normally play two-handed: left pinky for the turntable, left pointy, middle and ring fingers for keys (from left to right) 1, 2 and 3, and my right hand for keys 4, 5, 6 and 7. Not really used to playing with my thumbs, and will not get used to any time soon since my controller's broken.
