I've also noticed that the main colors of the columns in the background are cyan, magenta, yellow, and a certain shade of black, which are the colors used in the CMYK color profile.

CMYK is used in printing, right? Then perhaps the bookcases appearing in the background can be plausible.

I understand that it's been a year since CANNON BALLERS was announced, but I feel like it's still too early for a new game. I mean, the Air Race event still needs its third EXTRA STAGE for Bayside -Emerald-. And most of the recent IIDX games have had two different unlock events. CANNON BALLERS only had one. But if KONAMI feels like they're ready for a new game, I'm still down for it because in the end, IIDX is still an amazing franchise.

iidx 25 hasn't lasted one year and a new one is announced already? Hmm. I was initially convinced this was fanmade by a serious graphics designer.

IIDX has about 1 year between versions most of the time, so the first location test happening now isn't strange (in fact, it's later in the year than the past few versions other than Cannon Ballers).
