IE6. I would upgrade, except this is a loaner, and add-ons are apparently blocked.

Do you have a flash drive or an external HDD? If so, try looking into having a portable version of Firefox. Get it from portableapps.com. I've been using this and other applications for about a year and it's worked great. It leave no trace of info on the computer.Read my posts; you can see how frustrating it is.
