You see them in the mall, you see them in the bowling alley, you see them in the movie theater.
Which do you prefer to play in?

Mall. When an arcade is in another place like a bowling alley, theater, etc., you're sometimes required to pay for something else (movie ticket and the like) just to set foot in the building.

An actual building dedicated to just arcade machines, but other than that, my local bowling alley will suffice. It has an EM2 and Outrun 2!

They won't charge us anything if we're goin to the bowling alley nor the movies. I guess it depends on the country.
I love to play mostly on the movie theater or the bowling alley. They're usually empty on week days.

Meh, in America I usually would play at Gameworks (near Woodfield mall, but it was a separate building) because I knew it had DDR, House of the Dead, and more stuff. They also had time cards way back then so that was a great deal as well. I always looked for ITG2 cabinets near by, but I never found them until I realized a lot of the bowling alleys near Roselle had them. Over here I usually play at Round1 because they take great care of their pads (I guess it's more of a bowling alley, but they have karaoke, an arcade, bowling, and a lot more in a 7 story building).

In England I play in seaside towns.
We have a lot of arcades, which have mostly given in to gambling only.
It's a case of;
1) Going to a new town
2) Finding an arcade or bowling alley
3) Finding the 1 or 2 actual videogames in that arcade
Rinse and repeat.
There used to be places in malls until the early 2000's.
Then they started closing them down.
