After about 5-10 songs my complete library falls out of sync and I have to restart Stepmania to sync again. Does anyone else have this problem? Considering going back to 3.9 if it helps....

Sounds like you need to fix your global offset.

Tried that. Once I then reboot the game everything is out of sync again because of the global offset adjustment.

Nope... I'm gonna try doing a fresh install and see what happens.
