Hey Guys.
So I decided to do Preferred sorting with groups and I can't get the group jacket to show at all.

Is the jacket in the folder you wish to sort?

Make sure that the jacket is within the group you wish to have a jacket. If it is, then take a break for 15 minutes and just reflect on your life decisions up to this point. Come back to it and maybe SM will have apologized and fixed it for you.
