There are not any at the moment that I know of but I will be sure to keep you posted.

Well, for starters, DDR tournaments are hard to find. Within those DDR tournaments that are hard to find, freestyle tournaments are especially hard to find. So, yeah. There probably aren't any. If you've got a good playerbase and arcade nearby, maybe try starting one of your own?
