Can you please reupload it (preferably in another format that WinRar can also read)? I can't open it with WinRar; it says that the file's either in an unknown format or is damaged.

if you refer to the .obj file you must open it with some 3D program, usually the characters for stepmania are made with Milkshape 3D

the rar is normal, try to uninstall I have installed a current version of winrar

Remember that Winrar aslo create/extract ZIP files.
