Say, has anyone else given this game a shot? I was finally able to play it since the Android version was released, and I'm fairly hooked on what's available right off the bat. I'm actually really digging the story in this one--a little more straightforward than the underlying one in the first game, though this must've been a monster to localize with all the chat logs they wrote for it. #ΦωΦ
I was wondering though, are the extra character packs worth their prices ($10-ish)? I will likely get them to complete all the songs/story anyways, but from what I can tell, the overall genres might be a little outside my usual interest range, and I might've already played my favorite tracks in the "free" (at least under two dollars) sets. Should I just chalk it up to support for Rayark? I feel like I would sooner spend more money on new songs I'd want to try in Voez first, if anything...may take some buildup to fully commit to the rest of Cytus II.

They will add more songs to each character as time goes on, so eventually the $10 is justified.
I quite like the IM system, as the easter eggs are aplenty especially with the dev team making their appearances in the IM. As for Brain Power in Cytus II...

So my brother got this game recently, and he's loving it.
Also, an update was released very recently (either today or tomorrow) that increased the level limit and added a few new songs. Brain Power by Noma is one of those songs. It's available by getting Neko to level 30.

Cytus II V1.2 update will include two songs from Rayark's recently released RPG, Sdorica -sunset-.

If you haven't played Sdorica, I recommend that you guys get it. I'm enjoying that game so far.
ROBO_Head and Conner will also get a song, so this update will have four songs in total.

-Adds Black Market system; adds 2 brand-new song expansion packs for purchase. You can now purchase song packs you like in the Black Market. These song packs will add more song content to the existing characters.
-PAFF / NEKO / ROBO_Head character lever cap INCREASED; adds MORE STORY CONTENT (Holly Molly!!)

The update also raises the level cap for Paff, Neko, and ROBO_Head, adds a new song for those characters, as well as an addition to the main story. Seeing good-cool in Cytus II is quite the surprise.
