Especially if you go through the first few IIDX games' songlists and see only two or three in-house artists, with the rest being commissioned ones. Prior to 4th style, the only in-house artists who did brand-new music in IIDX were dj TAKA, SLAKE, L.E.D., Hiroshi Takeyasu, DJ SIMON, and Reo Nagumo. And all but TAKA only contributed a song or two at most a game.

If they wanted to do that, why not bring back a "BEMANI Original" badge like back in the day with Konami Original on DDR?
