Hi. The Dave and Buster's I'm in neglects to repair two panels for three months. With support and cooperation from players all over the States, I would like to know which are the top 5 BEST locations for DDR A when it comes to fixing an issue with the machine within the week.
To help, the criteria I'm looking for is:
1) Obviously has to be Round1 or Dave and Busters.
2) Competent technicians that believes and can diagnose that there's an issue for him or herself.
3) Knows exactly how to fix it.
4) Doesn't stop at all until the problem is fixed after attempting to look and do something about the issue SAME DAY.
5) Cleans the insides of the pads at most monthly. (I once saw a kid play while eating this powdered candy thing and it fell on the pads)
That all being said, according to Chris Chike, the San Jose R1 is most likely the best. If you also agree, say so but I'm curious as to 4 other options, regardless of location.
Thank you in advanced.

The Dave and Buster's in Albany, NY has always been pretty good about keeping their DDR Ace in good shape. Two of the techs actually play DDR (one of them even owns the old X machine and runs StepMania on it) which helps.

I'm interested in taking a trip there to check it out. As you remember, I'm closest to the Times Square one (20 m8nute bike ride).
I should have also mentioned that another criteria would be how often they clean the inside of the pads. Will updste original post.

The Albany Dave and Buster's is really easy to get to if you're going by car. Just follow I-87 a couple hours north and the Crossgates Mall (where DnB's is located) is right off exit 24 at the I-87/I-90 interchange in Albany. If you're going by train, the Rensselaer train station is not far from it either, you'd just need to take a cab/Uber from there which is like 10 minutes away.
I don't know how often they clean the pads, but misfires on the pads are actually pretty rare. So I'd assume they clean them pretty often.

the Houston DnBs is really good about working together with the community to make sure the machine stays in good condition like helping with cleaning and making sure the pads are good.

Literally every time I've been to the Orlando location it has been flawless. The biggest issue we've ever had was there being a random smudge in the middle of the screen but that was fixed and the volume of the machine is even louder. I believe this location has the best maintenance.
