[WIP] DDR2013 Theme update

Like some users have read on other post, our friend Gene2008 is sharing his DDR themes with us to update and complete them, I've received them, and started the repositories to working on them. The main idea is to get them usable in SM 5.0.9 and superior and to use them with any resolution. The repository URL is https://github.com/MadkaT182/DDR2013 I try to update the themes as my free time allows, and like the other themes, I will post here the updates of what I'm completing, everyone is free to contribute

The first updates

First version of titlemenu screen:


Screen Demonstration screen is done!: (Fun fact: This is the first screen to be complete in every theme of mine )


Also I've converted all the sounds to OGG, this theme and 2014 will have a huge size.

Good!! that theme has interesting things.

But DDR(2013) skip game mode to SELECT MUSIC, due to no courses present!

It's not even hard to fix, it's literally changing a NextScreen line in metrics and boom, now you just remove anything related to it.

It's possible to implement the evaluation graphics and the extra filters options that this theme has, and get them on DDR 2014 or DDR A themes?

By default DDR(2013) uses DDR X2's evaluation before (2014)/A's evaluation
