(IF THIS IS IN THE WRONG SECTION, 1,000 apologies XD )

So nobody here knows, but I was born with severely weak muscle tone. It was, in fact, severe enough that most things we take for granted (in the form of hard and soft motor skills) were things that some thought I would never be able to do either at all, or without a lot of help. Having overcome (most) of that, however, I have began channeling some of my energy and busy schedule into getting into shape with the intent of eventually joining the rugby team where I currently go (Iona College). This will be quite the undertaking, especially given the hurdles I faced/still have to face, but would be worth trying to pull off. This channel was made to keep track of my progress.

A link to my YouTube channel

Episode 1, which briefly talks about that stuff (physiological issue of weak muscle tone, the extent the weak muscle tone affected me, and what I did to (mostly) overcome it).

Episode 2, which briefly looks at a two pronged approach I am going to take to prepare myself physically, and mentally, to play rugby.

I also have a Twitter account set up (@RoadToRugbyFit), as well as a blog at RoadRugbyFit.blogspot.com/.

I'd appreciate it if you took a look (and, if you like it, subscribe + share the videos, channel with anyone who might be interested. I hate that YouTube needs 100 subs before you are eligible for a custom YouTube channel - sure, it is better than the 500 minimum it used to be, but fuck me, how is a new channel supposed to look semi-professional without one?)

* While largely from years of occupational, physical, and speech therapy, I also can partially attribute that to my addiction to DDR/ITG/PumP over the years. Big Grin

OFF-TOPIC: I haven't given up my DDR research completely - been really busy between battling mod-severe depression (and having a really busy schedule in general). I still want to figure out how the game works.
