Hey everyone! Things have been crazy as hell in the BemaniBeats development group but I'm proud to announce that BemaniBeats 5 is done. 4 months from start to finish is super crazy. On top of that, as opposed to the 30 song released all of the other BemaniBeats packs have been, this pack has 50 SONGS with difficulties ranging from 10 to 13!! On top of THAT, you'll find that the content is WAY higher quality than packs previous. I don't want to post a formal songlist -- just jump into the pack and play as much as you can. With the release of this, I've now released 5 songs in the main series, totaling 180 songs. That being said, do not expect a BemaniBeats 6 anytime soon, potentially never. I have several reasons for this. This message is primarily for those who have contributed to the BemaniBeats series but is something I want to speak about generally. One of the main reasons I started BemaniBeats 1 is that high quality FA content wasn't being pushed out at a particularly high rate. There was so much good Bemani music just sitting unstepped for ITG that it was very easy to specialize an entire pack (and consequently an entire pack series) on it. The pack did wonders for the ITG community -- it provided a lot of content for tournaments and I see the packs on a lot of machines I travel to.
However, I now want to push the BemaniBeats stepartists into starting more projects of their own, whether it be individual stepartist packs or other compilation packs (a duo pack like Swagesteps or another FA community pack like FA & Chill). I think the stepping community I've generated through BemaniBeats have improved to the point where efforts like these can be more autonomous and we can get more packs out there. Hopefully, in the potential absence of BB6, I can see 30+ FA charts from games like IIDX Sinobuz, Reflec Beat Reflesia, Pop'n うさぎと猫と少年の夢, Jubeat Qubell, etc. released across various different packs, not just BemaniBeats. Should this informal call to action not go anyway, I will not hestitate to reengage efforts to make BemaniBeats 6 a thing so that the community can have a constant stream of technical FA charts.
Also note that this isn't the end of the BemaniBeats series! There is still BemaniStreamz (stream charts, pack mirrored off of Cirque Du Lykan style) and BemaniBeats Clubmix 2 (BemaniBeats quality charts for older Bemani songs) as well as some NEW projects in the works!

On a personal note, I had a hell of a good time working on BemaniBeats 5 with Matt and the rest of the team, as I've taken my time to provide most of the graphics for the project! I hope you all have fun time with this pack. We poured out a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into it. - xRGTMx

Nice, a lot of awesome songs here!!
I played BREAK OVER and the song seems to play twice. Like after the notes end, I hear the song restart before it takes me to the results screen.
EDIT: Amazing Mirage has the same problem.

I picked up learning how to play 1 handed, and I wanted to come in here and say this really quick:
Bemani Beats 1-5 are single handedly (lol i'm so punny) the absolute most fun packs for this difficulty range, and I mean out of any playstyle, I am absolutely in love with these packs and thank you guys so much for creating such incredible files for the songs we all love!
