Upgrading a Solo Cab

Hey, new poster here. I recently purchased and am awaiting the arrival of a DDR Solo 2000 cab. The song list is pretty limited and I would love to upgrade to a copy of ideally Extreme. I've heard that this is possible with one set of install discs that don't require a security board, but haven't been able to find anywhere to either legitimately purchase a set or even where to download the install/play discs needed. If anyone has any info or can point me in the right direction that'd be awesome. Thanks!

That's the article I had found where he mentions that one of the versions of extreme installs that doesn't require a security board is usable. Was hoping to get some more information as to if that's the general one that is sold before I spend upwards of 700 dollars on one and find out it's not the correct version.

I have actually emailed both of those stores in regards to extreme upgrade kits a few days ago and as of now they still haven't gotten back to me. I'll try reaching out to them again.

Facebook rhythm gamers buy/sell group

Talked to some people on there and apparently only the bootleg discs for Extreme will work in a solo cab. No idea where to go about finding some discs, or the isos to make my own. Also not sure if talking about bootleg stuff is alright on here, as I'm struggling to find a handy link to the posting rules. If anyone has any info please hit me up, or again if it's against the rules to talk about in posts hit me up with a pm. Anything at all would be appreciated at this point.

Look for Extreme PLUS or Mega Mix, however you will have some interface differences.

I haven't been able to find isos or anything for either of those versions either. I wouldn't mind the interface changes if I could at least get the extreme song list on my cab. Not having any luck finding anywhere to acquire or download the discs though.
