I have made it available here:
https://www.mediafire.com/folder/laz4vzea3cpvc/Do_it_Now!
The song is called Do it Now! from the Killer Instinct Killer Cuts soundtrack.
I basically charted up to the scratch freestyle and gave up because I couldn't find a way to chart all the scratches.
If you do finish charting the file and post it, please at least give me partial credit for beginning it.

I found out about iBMSC through this guide.
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ywUO5RxCP8jCM7MuFGFAS5TIRK2gsyM3-rMgvPuMEcw/edit#heading=h.44qvw8iczd8l
Do you mean soundbytes of the song for when the player hits a note successfully? I have forgo'd including that as I don't have access to the master recording.
Basically, if you open the song in iBMSC, basic info of the song will be displayed on the right side of the screen. And you can use different tools to manipulate notes with the time, select and write buttons.
With the Select tool, you can either click and hold one note to shift it around or click and drag a box across to select multiple notes.
With the Write tool, you can click once to add a note to the grid or hold and drag upward to create a long note.
Any time you right click a note it will remove it.
You can play a preview of the song by clicking the play button (you have to get this set up first). You can slow down the song by pressing 3 or speed it up by pressing 4.
EDIT: I hope this series will help:
