I was at a mom and pop game store over the weekend and couldn't help help but notice that they had the imported version of DDR Extreme on the PS2 for 9 bucks. Got it even though I don't play DDR or have a dance mat lol. Too good of a deal for a game that goes up to 50 bucks plus online.

Good shit. Managed to score my copy for roughly $12.50, complete in case (papa blessings, n00b). This thread, though, it makes me want to look for more mom and pop stores in my area.

Came in here thinking it was Extreme US and looking for a nice laugh.

Nice find, though. Congrats

"five minute white boy challenge"
PS2 emulation is iffy at best.

Approximately nobody asked for this song to be included. Least popular decision by the Japanese since Nintendo released the Wii U.

SwapMagic is not that hard to get. Costs a hell of a lot less than a Japanese PS2, I tell you what.
SwapMagic for $20, fat PS2 for MAYBE $30, minimal tampering required. You're golden.

"."
007: Agent Under Fire + mcboot + some sticky tack + ps2 slim or fat = play DDR Extreme JP CS or any iidx cs game on it.

007 AUF is about 3 bucks-ish.
Cheaper than swap magic.

Not worth the time? There are tons of tutorials out there that go over each step carefully.
Doesn't take hours to setup and do.

I thought he meant a DDR Extreme cabinet from reading the post alone..

Someone bought a house that the previous owner left a DDR machine in.
