So, I just installed the waiei2 theme on SM 5.0.12.
After selecting it on the Options, the game restarted like normal, but the theme didn't load correctly, and instead of what was supposed to appear, I got these screens:
As you can see, the game still got the name of the theme right.
What am I supposed to do to fix this?

Report the bug to the theme creator. If all you did was switch to the theme on a clean 5.0.12 build, it should be working.

Most likely inside your waiei folder is a bunch of other folders, like Noteskins and Songs. if you want the theme, open your waiei folder, then open the Themes folder. You should see a folder called waiei2 or something like that. That folder is what you want inside StepMania's Themes folder.

Be sure the folders are set like this
not like this...
i'm not sure if i helped much but it's the best that i can
.../Stepmania/Themes/waiei2/The theme's archives (BGAnimations, Graphics...)
