It can show preview videos if supported by the specific file (which I presumed the window in the actual theme was supposed to do, given Copula could do that in the beginner folder)

Isn't that the reason, most (if not all) of his themes are BM based, is like a trademark of his works, it doesn't mean that he's the only one that could make it.I hope he could release some day the copula and pendual inspired themes.

I've made my first public release of the theme, 0.2, mainly so I can start getting input from others. Consider this an early access version (i.e. still a WIP/beta).
I'm going to be away from my main computer over the weekend, so I wanted to at least get something out there, now that it's in a relatively playable and polished state.
