I have been trying to search for themes of DDR/Beatmania for 3.95 (Using it for certain songs that require it). I don't know if themes from 3.9 or 3.9+ will work.

3.9 and 3.9+ themes won't work. You might be able to find ITG Empress out there, which is sort of a hybrid ITG-IIDX Empress theme, but that's the only BEMANI-style one I know about.
