For some reason, almost every song I play now on Stepmania will be missing a handful of arrows, usually around freeze arrows. Because of this I've gotten a lot of AA PFCs with a score of around 950,000. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it? I'm using windows 10 but that shouldn't make a difference.

Test whether your keyboard still allows simultaneous presses of those keys. When my previous keyboard failed, I couldn't press Alt+2 anymore, among other problems.
