A quick run through Google translate, and the video's description says something about "mobile rhythm," so presumably it'll be a traditional iOS/Android release. (Don't quote me on that though)

Well that's kind of a given; I just said "platform unknown" because Android nor iOS were specifically mentioned.

Oh wow! It looks really nice. Seems lofty to be aiming for "Summer 2016" at this point unless they're already almost done though.
