Is it possible to unpack the StepF2 theme from the program cause xmax made it impossible to get the theme if you wanted to modify it so is there a way to unpack it?

No, that's the point. Otherwise people could patch in Pay Mode and it'd be responsible for a new wave of arcade bootlegs.
