IDK if you mean for stepmania or a DJ hero simfiles for DJ hero games...

I mean for stepmania. I always thought it would be fun to play the songs from dj hero in ddr.

Ongoing idea for DJ hero Sims I'm working on. But don't expect it soon. The biggest issue of those songs is in game, you hit notes that "play" the tracks in a unique way. So you can find the "soundtrack" and see for yourself. The only version I know that sounds decent has few issues during the song with off stepped sounds that can ruin a sequence or just plain bad timing.

Didn't the collector's edition come with a CD soundtrack? I seem to remember a music cd with mine. I got rid of my dj hero stuff a long time ago though.

Yeah most of the simfiles you will find will be of Groundhog (Beat Juggle), there are a few out there for Satisfaction vs. Elements of Life, Rockit (Beat Juggle), and also Beats and Pieces. Mostly NOISIA mixes from the first game.
Oddly enough, back around 2009-2010 when the game was in it's prime, I wanted to create a DJ Hero simfile pack with most of the popular mixes from the game.
Needless to say, simfile creation is pretty difficult and time-consuming.
I'm sure someone out there is willing to put together a legitimate pack, and if you need HQ rips of some of the songs without the audience/game audio, let me know

A DJ Hero Collab sounds like a good idea. I used to play it all the time, so I know a lot of the mashups.
