Your fantasy arcade

If you could have ten arcade machines, money and size being no object, what ten would you pick(and explain why if you feel like it)? A rule is 'no unoffical multigames'. Meaning that a Ms.Pacman and Galaga machine is fine, because that's an official Namco game, but some MAME machine is not. My ten machines would be:

A 'Full Scale' Ridge Racer (This was the one with the MX-5 that you actually sat in to play the game. Seriously, look that up.)
A dual Sega Rally Championship (The original Sega Rally is a game I couldn't run an arcade without having)
A Virtua Formula machine (These things were fucking huge, especially in the 8-player setups. I think they were normally 4?)
A dual Scud Race (another racing game that I need to function)
A Beatmania 5-key machine (If I had to choose a specific mix, CORE REMIX)
A DDR X2 machine (obvs)
A r21 ITG2 dedicab (also obvs)
Point Blank 2 (a criminally underrated light gun game)
Street Fighter Alpha 3 (the best Street Fighter ever made)
King Of Fighters 98 (Would probably need a proper Neo Geo machine for this, and those things were ugly, so boo)

Fix the list, but I swear I've seen an actual arcade cab that said Mortal Kombat Trilogy.



IIRC with a r21 you can add your own songs to it just like SM. So if Quickman's r21 ITG2 dedicab counts so does a physical DDR machine that can be modded to run SM.

And if DDR with SM doesn't count then neither should the r21.

ITG is an game that was made to make money in arcades. Stepmania is not. Despite the similarities, they're not the same.

Stepmania is a Non-profit Simulation game.

In The Groove had an active license.

Running stepmania on a cabinet is modding.

In The Groove requires nothing to run.
Solution?
Grab songs from Zenius i vanisher, put it in a flash drive. pop it in the ITG2 Cabinet.
Done. Same results.
