Better question is, what level (1-20) can you play 3 songs straight without getting tired? Because even and charts vary a lot in difficulty. If you're talking Replicant-D Action songs, I'd have to say , but even then, there's different difficulties there. If you're talking casual stuff, usually / (not shock arrow ones).

@NewbStepper- On pad? 15s tend to be the best balance between difficulty and fun. If you can handle them, some 17s are still fun.
@SomethingRandom- I don't know enough about Asian geography to answer this...
