Actually I posted about my love of DDR's soundtrack. Then someone said "You need to play IIDX". I responded.
But whatever, rate me down some more. So fucking ridiculous.
DDR is dope but I've gotten nothing but hostility from here since I joined. I think I misquoted someone in a StepMania thread and my rating went from like 11 points to -17. The downvote : upvote ratio is fucking ridiculous. I don't want to be part of 'your club' if this is what you do. I can just go to reddit and talk about DDR there. I didn't realize this place was so fucking ridiculous.
Maybe that's why the main forum feels so dead? Because people downvote the hell out of people? This is a thread with 168 pages and discussion is inevitable. Talking about the soundtrack for DDR and where it came from (IIDX) is definitely on-topic, even if it twists your panties in a bunch.
IF I RECALL CORRECTLY you were the bro that scolded me for starting a thread ABOUT DDR. Are you a mod here or something? WHy are you always scolding people? Whatever.

I got to see Chris dance in person over the weekend, not knowing who he was until afterwards (I know nothing when it comes to any competitive part of Bemani). Holy crap, watching him from the perspective of a casual player was insane.

This got lost in obscurity. How long does Konami usually take to announce the OST? Game's been out almost a year now. I can't recall. DDR X/FuruFuru was the last DDR OST I bought, if you don't count the 3-disc Dance/Mania/Pop collection from a few years back as a soundtrack.

They took over a year and a half to release DDR OST Vol. 2 after 2014's release, but that was unusually long compared to past mixes (I think since Konami originally thought DDR2014 would be the last DDR game). Based off of DDR2013 and before, I'd probably say it's fair to expect an OST somewhat soon since we're pretty far into DDR A's life cycle - there's been 62 new songs so far.
