I can post pictures of items if requested. All prices include shipping within the continental US. If you buy multiple things, I'll give you a deal.
Pop'n Buttons w/ new springs & omrons: asking $125 shipped in US
These buttons are barely used. I quickly decided I wasn't a huge Pop'n fan. The Pop'n buttons are the big dome pushbuttons from sparkfun. Springs have been replaced with these 200g springs. Microswitches have been replaced with these Omrons from mouser.

Arcin with Pop'n cables: asking $75 shipped in US
This is a USB IO board that can be used in a pop'n or IIDX controller. I bought it for my Pop'n controller. Works perfectly & includes the cables to connect it to the pop'n buttons & lights.

IIDX USKOC modded w/ USBemani v2: asking $90 shipped in US
This is a typical USKOC with the USBemani v2 installed. I did not care about playing PS2 mixes so I never installed the optional PS2 cable. It only supports USB. I haven't used it for a while so I have no clue if the firmware is up-to-date etc...

Betson DDR Minimaid: asking $260 shipped in US
This is a Minimaid for SN/SN2 betson style arcade DDR cabinets. It works just fine but I'm not using it.
573 DDR Minimaid: asking $325 shipped in US
This is a Minimaid from the current run that Anthony is selling. It hasn't arrived yet but I have a feeling I won't be using it.
Ultimarc JPAC: asking $50 shipped in US
Pretty self explanatory. This will include the USB cable.
