Another version of DDR 2016 will come to Dave and Busters instead of the usual one.

Oh and the other boss songs is a sequel to Macho Gang which will also be revived.

The game will be using the same engine as YOUTUBE. The songs will be loaded from mp3's and the BGM videos will be loaded from mp4's.

DDR 2014: Chuck E. Cheese's Edition

The only difficulty options are "Harder" (equivalent to Beginner on normal DDR) and "Easy" (you guessed it...easier than Beginner...)
All the songs are nursery rhymes, including 573 different versions of The Finger Family....EXCEPT for the "Unlockable" songs, which are unlocked by hitting ONE arrow on ONE song with "Perfect" timing. These songs are Poochie, a HinaBitter/Touhou/Vocaloid crossover song (), Wow Wow VENUS but with Wubbzy (from Nick Jr.'s Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!) saying "wow wow" OVER every time it is said in the song, and of course, FLOWER. Oh, and the announcer is Chuck E. Cheese himself, and he screams something annoying every time you hit an arrow. And worst of all, you can't even play the game unless you're under 10 years old. The machine scans you to determine your age.

Which means since everybody has favorite DDR songs except for much of the Denpa/Touhou/Vocaloid stuff and awful Japanese licenses, the song list will be horrible Japanese licenses, Denpa, Touhou, and Vocaloid trash. Because I LIKE HinaBitter.

Regardless of settings applied by arcade owner, you'll only get 1 song per credit. Why? Because DDR2014 is a redemption game! Yaaaaaaaaaayyy! You get tickets based on how many notes you hit per song, but in return, all Expert and Challenge charts give 0 tickets - obviously, if they left you the chance to do that, the better players could mooch off of the machine, and we can't have any of THAT, can we?

...also, each song features 1 random extra note that runs at 3x the speed of every other note. If you hit that note with a 'Marvelous' rank, you get to spin a wheel at the end of the song for bonus tickets. Hit the special slot on the wheel and you get to go to the next wheel! Hit it again? You get another wheel! After 5 sets of wheels to spin, you'll reach a Jackpot slot, and if you somehow get lucky enough to hit it, you get the jackpot! ...which is 100 tickets. Woooooooooowwww......


On a serious note, I'm guessing that this'll just end up being an import of DDR 2014 with no changes. At all. No translation, no American-exclusive songs, no easy way to use e-Amuse - nothin'.

when you beat every song in the game you get to unlock the DDR Extreme US CS/DDR STRIKE, Ultramix 2, Ultramix 3 and Ultramix 4 Themes. Enjoy looking at ugly song wheels/song select screens

Songs are always desynced either 1/32 ahead or 1/32 behind; it's random which of the two happens even if playing the same song multiple times, and the game never says which.

Wouldn't the standard difficulty still provide an opportunity for exploitation? I would suggest a redemption restriction at level 10.
