Any place I can get these? There are at least 71 DDRMAX-EXTREME movies that use character models that I don't know how to make...
The ones I especially want in particular is BUS and TRAIN because the videos containing them are common in my background scripts. Having other models will also be appreciated.

This link includes files for most of the Dancing Characters from 1st-5th mix. If you can figure out some way to extract the models for them, that would work. Only problem is that they don't seem to include console-exclusive dancers, like Bus and Drum.

Completely irrelevant to your mission, but I know a guy with X Alice and X Zero Blender models that he may or may not share if you're interested...
I guess you could use Alice to make Ever Snow so it's not totally unrelated, but you'd meed to model her coat. Although unless you want a new-school looking character face, it'd prolly be easier just to use the 5th Mix model and go from there for it to be more MAX2-authentic.
drat, it really was irrelevant in the end

Sorry, but I like Blender how it is. It's almost flawless for the graphics I make, the only issue I've ran into with it is that the speakers in Disco3 don't look very good and I couldn't figure out how to fix that. Otherwise, I'd say it suits me perfectly. I'm not about to throw it away. I wish I could say the same about Vegas Movie Studio HD 11.0...
Edit: Yep, I'm definitely not ditching it. I fixed Disco3 and it looks awesome.

Before Chase7 was ripped from the arcade data, this is the one that wasn't included in the CS version of the games because it was used for 1 song that was in the arcade version but not on CS (Genom Screams)
Beware took it upon himself to draw out each frame of the yellow / long haired character, I think it may be easier for you if you draw out each frame for Bus / Train (the guy, whichever) and then just add it in over your already made background, It'd be alot quicker than waiting a few years for someone to figure out how to rip the character data.

Hm..... I guess that does sound easier, albeit a TIIIIIIIINY bit tedious. I've dealt with a lot worse, however (many 3DTextura movies for instance), so....

You could use some of the existing characters to help you modeling the characters taht you want, just open the 3D ASCII models from Stepmania Things and export them to 3dmax and you could use them on blender. If you want to rip the models you need the PSX/PS2 emulator and 3D Ripper DX or Ninja Ripper or 3D VIA Printscreen. There are tutorials on how to do this on internet. Sadly there is no much interest on this kind of contents, and also requires some basic 3d skills to get the work done.
