Oh and FELM, shouldn't you add the new backgrounds for the old songs?

Ah, one more thing. I just noticed a few of the simfiles have the wrong path for the CDtitle (here if anyone doesn't have it). Instead of using the line
#CDTITLE:./CDTITLES/Dance Dance Revolution HOTTEST PARTY.png;
the following sims incorrectly use
#CDTITLE:.Dance Dance Revolution HOTTEST PARTY.png;

I was thinking of leaving them alone instead of uploading the new backgrounds because my computer is slow but let's pull off the hat trick.

Oddly enough... those that have the wrong CDtitle path came from Archer... I'm just messing with you.

I don't know how CDTitles work but since this needs to be fixed, I'm assuming it doesn't automatically update like backgrounds and MP3's.

I'll get to fixing those and correcting that error in THE REASON.

Hmm... I also noticed that someone here gave a 0 rating to Far Away... I'm not pointing elbows or anything though.

Edit: The new BG sims are up.

And I noticed that Rhythm is a Dancer is a slightly different version of Double Tornard with lyrics. I like Double Tornard more though.

And there's also nothing like uploading files while listening to Pluto the First and various other HP tracks.

Edit: Everything is finished! Yay!

Now I have to get rid of my PtF file... BUT IT WILL BE BACK!... in the form of a Special.

I've updated the zips on my site with the new backgrounds and CD title changes, should Z-I-V happen to go offline temporarily for any reason.

Also, just to note: The tokyoEVOLVED banner isn't from DDR:UK, it's from the JP HP website from Konami. For some reason, they had a larger scale version of it available, but not for the others.

A few errors I've noticed:
Break Down! (World Version): The section from measures 26 to 41 is off by an eighth note.
Gonna Make You Sweat: The pauses should each be 0.40, not 0.35.
The Sign: The name in the banner says Honney Sweets, not Honey Sweets.

Fixed in the heavy chart; that was the only one where I did see there was a problem.

Fixed again.

The banner is from Konami's website, and while I know it does not reflect what is in game in terms of spelling, it's the best I have until someone can put their graphics skills to use and actually get us very similar replicas of the banners.



Note that the fixes are on my website, not on the simfile section here.

About that... Lord Toon had an interesting idea about the banners. Since it looks like we won't get them any time soon, he suggested that I take all my HP bgs and make them into banners. I wouldn't mind doing it but I needed to know if anyone wanted me to take a shot at it. I can have them all done in less than a day. I was just thinking about doing this a few weeks ago when I had finished the bgs.

Seems cool and it'd probably be better for StepMania.

I'll re-upload those two files with the corrections and give the right credit in the TE files to boot.

And thats a great idea for those banners and I suggest you get started.

JUST THE BANNERS though. I'm not re-uploading the zip files for ALL of them. I'll just tell them to save the banner image on the website and replace the old banner in the simfile.
