INFINITAS has two new ASSISTS: KEY ASSIST and ANY KEY

KEY ASSIST = chords that contain 3 or more notes can be hit just by pressing two notes.
ANY KEY = pressing any key in time is OK (no idea whether have to be the key in chord or not).

tough luck, they require you to sign in your KONAMI ID to download, so most likely it'll be walled up behind PASELI

also people out of Japan has troubles starting the game so probably you'll need to VPN your way in to Japan.

Let me understand this, if I don't have a konami ID I cannot access in this at all? I just want to save myself the download time if its gonna be in vain.

Yeah the download link is hidden behind a login. But it's easy to create a Konami ID anyway and it's doable even with Google Translate.


It may be some weird PC home version that may or may not be compatible with our controllers on final release but I'll take it!

what is One of a Kind doing there after getting removed from copula?

I'm having trouble getting the launcher to connect after connecting to a VPN. Any advice?

Okay, so I guess Win10 isn't supported (Strike 1) and I'm attempting to play when it needs to be connected to my Konami ID account (Don't know how to log in) I guess those are my main issues. Also did anyone see the system specs? This build is far more demanding than any current AC build and the FAQ even mention that it's not the same software as the AC versions or it's just not currently compatible data-wise.

I got the game installed, and the game gives me an error message when I start the launcher, even when I set it to Windows 7 compatibility (I have Windows 10); I was getting so hype for this game too. XD

I'm going to try setting my locale and language to Japanese to see what happens with that. It would be nice if it was specific with the error message though.

Apparently, the game is only available for Japanese players, and Konami is making sure it stays that way (looking for proxies, etc.). I am disappoint, Konami, but then again, I shouldn't be surprised. :/

I got the game to work by making IE default browser (probably not required) and changing my timezone to Japan. Then after that, I reinstalled the game and now it works.

Wow IIDX finally landing on PC.... Cool.

Anyway, are the songlist's fixed or not? Is there any sign of song update? Or something like auto-updater client for this?

I didn't think a PC port of IIDX would be a reason for switching back to Win7. Unless you're running Windows 10 I think I might have to switch back.

Ehh, it's quite apparent Konami doesn't really want to roll out IIDX outside of Japan (at least not yet, hopefully. :/), If the testing period only lasts for 4 hours, that's quite a very short testing period for what looks like a gussied-up version of LR2 HD.



So, if you (especially) have LR2, and/or you don't wanna go through great lengths just to get the servers to think you're from Japan, it might not be worth it to install the program at all. >>

I actually got it running as soon as I made that post. I haven't gotten my controller out yet but this game looks pretty bad but then again it's an alpha version (even if it's running 1.0.0 on the version).
