DDR hardware error 22g

I own a dance dance revolution 3rd Mix arcade machine that's been upgraded to extreme megamix. recently I got a "22g hardware error". I can't find anything online about it and was hoping I could get more info on it and how to fix it. Thanks!

You said you got the megamix which is a bootleg version of extreme I think that's why its not working

Exactly as kenny said, you're going to want to grab actual Extreme upgrade kit and upgrade it that way.

It's been working with the bootleg for awhile. Ever since I added foam to make the sensors better I got this error.

Get Rid of the Bootleg and get a actual Extreme Bootleg.
(99% of Extreme's are bootlegged in America huehuehue)

A legit extreme upgrade kit would fix this hardware error? I'm having trouble finding one. I see channelbeat has it but was told they can't be trusted.

a Legit Extreme kit is like finding Gold on top of you when you wake up.
Good Luck finding a LEGIT extreme kit. All the Extreme's in America are ALL bootlegs, Konami never released DDR Extreme to America.
They only released DDR USA DDR Disney DDR SuperNOVA DDR SuperNOVA2 DDR X DDR X2 and DDR 2014.
It may look like a real Upgrade kit but i dont think it was made by Konami themself.(Chinese Vendors that bootleg the game and sell it)
