Hi everyone, i have not so much time playing technika q (and i'm new in this forum too) and i can't get level 20 because i can't find the effectors required for the level 20 license quest 
i have looked on all sections in store and more but i can't find it. I hope you can help me. Greetings from México!

After selecting a song and difficulty, it will prompt you to a screen that says to level up, swipe left to reveal the effectors.
