It's just a font. The font is Exocet, it's in the BEMANI font pack.

Tbh, that function should be more noticeable. I mean, if we are having the entire main page be advertisements and stuff we should at least think of putting a search bar to look up things. Unless you visit this site over and over to suddenly know where everything is.
